The backdrop for the homestay is stunning.... set under the Limestone rocks. We liked that it was a 5 minute walk into the main centre of Tam Coc. It's so peaceful and dark at night. Nan (apologies if spelt name wrong) and her staff were all amazing! Even her 'guard' dog and cat were welcoming. It rained for the full 3 days of.our stay in Tam Coc BUT I can.honestly say I have never seen anywhere so beautiful and dramatic. We had visited Bai Tu Long Bay before Tam Coc and even Vietnamese people were jealous that we were visiting Tam Coc. Breakfast was made to order, so hot and no waste which is perfect. You can borrow bicycles, which we did but we also just walked a lot too. We were impressed at how clean and tidy Tam Coc was too, given we had also visited Hanoi. Everyone seemed to take care of the areas in front of their clothes stalls and restaurants which was refreshing. Rubbish was bagged up and moved out of the village each day (who knows where it ends up but at least it's in one place )

Honestly there was nothing to dislike.... even with the rain.

100% recommended, loved this place!

We were traveling 2 weeks in Vietnam (5 weeks in SE Asia in general) and it was our favorite stay. We felt like at home, thanks to the extremely friendly familly-owners. The room was big enough and clean (and it was cleaned every day), internal design was super cool with the bamboo sticks. Quiet at night, hot water in the shower, wifi-connection and air-conditioning was working perfectly. One day we switched it on the heating mode because we were "lucky" with the cold weather ;) It was very warm and cosy in the room when it was cold and raining outside. Super tasty breakfast - we were offered to choose between omelette and pancakes - trust me it will be the best omelette you've ever ate! The location is another thing - absolutely magnificent. Even tho we were not lucky with the weather - it was still beautiful. The place offers bicycles for free and the area is perfect for the bicykle trips. You can get by bicykle to the Bích Động, Thai Vi Temple (that one is even walking distance from the place) and Mua Cave (which I recommend to ride in the morning so you will be alone there!). 9 minutes walking to the main road of Tam Coc so if you arrive at night with some night bus (we arrived at 5 am) you don't have to take an overpriced taxi. I had a big suitcase and it was ok to walk to the Homestay.

Beautiful location with helpful hosts

Beautiful location in Tam Coc away from the hustle of the main tourist strip yet still only a short walk/bike ride away. The property was beautiful with gardens and a pool for guest use, along with free bicycles and motorbikes that can be hired for a very reasonable fee. Breakfast was delicious with a few options available to guests to dine in the rooftop eating area with views over the rice paddies and mountains. A leisurely bike ride will take you to Trang An or Mua Caves along with some gorgeous spots around the area. The rooms were comfortable with cooling and heating available for either season and looked out onto the gardens or pool. The hosts were super helpful organising private pick up from the airport and were always available to assist with tours or anything you needed.

Comfortable, Warm, Homely and lovely hosts! ️

Stayed for only 1 night. But it was a big highlight of our overall Vietnam trip. Nga and her family were the loveliest hosts. Would love to visit again someday and I recommend it to everyone visiting Tam Coc. The location was perfect too! Special mentioned to the amazing wholesome homely breakfast they served.

Everything! I cannot recommend this enough! Everything from the room, hospitality, the location it was perfect. It feels like you are in a movie, it is so beautiful. The host family treats like you are a part of their family. Bikes and bicycles are available. The host makes sure she takes the time to let you know the places you should visit. Very practical advise! Breakfast is the best we had in Vietnam! Fresh and so good! Loved it. Highlight of my trip!

Nga and her family are very friendly and helpful. Nga arranged a fabulous day tour at a reasonable price.

Very clean and just outside the town of Tam Coc. Nice and quiet. Good bicycles to borrow and ride around. Beautiful breakfast on the upstairs verandah.
